Underground Market Privacy Notice

Phase-one notice, effective August 9, 2026. This explains the private seller-approval and item-review feature.

Information collected

The seller application collects your existing website username, seller handle, legal name, date of birth, email, phone number, and U.S. address. Item submissions can include contact details, item details, prices, and private photos. Buyer requests collect contact, location, budget, and request details.

Why it is used

The information is used to confirm eligibility, review seller applications and items, prevent abuse, contact applicants, and operate the Market. Legal and contact information is not displayed on public product pages.

Access and storage

Seller records and unreviewed photos are stored in private database and storage areas. They can be accessed only by authorized Market administrators and backend services needed to operate the feature. The frontend never receives a Supabase service-role key.

What not to submit

Do not submit a Social Security number, tax ID, bank or card details, government-ID image, or account password through these forms. A dedicated identity and payout provider will be required before seller payouts are introduced.

Retention and requests

Information is kept while it is needed for review, platform operations, fraud prevention, disputes, or legal obligations. To request access, correction, or deletion, email djfacelessanimal@gmail.com. Some records may need to be retained where legally required.

This beta notice must receive legal review before public seller payments and payouts are enabled.
