Underground Market Seller Rules

Phase-one rules, effective August 9, 2026. These rules cover seller applications and private item review. Public third-party listings and seller payouts are not active yet.

Account and approval

• You must be at least 18 and use your own current Faceless Animal login.
• One seller account is allowed per website username. Seller accounts may not be transferred or shared.
• You must provide accurate legal, contact, and U.S. address information. Approval is not guaranteed.
• You cannot submit items until an authorized Market administrator approves the seller account.

Items you submit

• You must own the item or have clear legal authorization to sell it.
• Descriptions, condition, photos, size, source, and authenticity must be accurate.
• No stolen goods, counterfeits, weapons, illegal drugs, recalled or unsafe goods, explicit adult items, hate material, or anything prohibited by law or future Market policy.
• A submission is a private review request. It is not automatically published and does not guarantee acceptance or a sale.

Review and enforcement

Faceless Animal Studios may ask for more information, reject an item, suspend a seller account, or close an account when information is inaccurate, an item is risky or prohibited, or activity could harm customers or the platform.

Payments and fulfillment

Marketplace payments, seller payouts, commissions, shipping labels, tax reporting, returns, and disputes are not enabled in this phase. Those features will receive separate rules and verified payout onboarding before activation.
